EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUS WORK
Vehicles can help date old slide photos quite accurately if you know stuff like make, model, registration number structure and even country. Here is a wonderful image from a recent order that tells its own story. Many thanks to the customer for letting me reproduce here.

Here is 1 image from a customer's collection that I have recently scanned, once again showing that colour was invented in the 1970s !! Thanks to the owner for letting me reproduce here.

Feb 2021, B&W paper print
Based on the last few orders one lockdown task has obviously been sorting out old paper photos.
If you then take the next the step to get them scanned then the rest of the family can appreciate your hard work!
Here is some recent work, thanks to the owner for allowing me to re-produce them here.
Mar 2021, B&W paper print
This model of red fabric deckchair was clearly the only one worth having back in the day! They keep appearing in different customer's slides from the 60s & 70s.

REPRINTS FOR FAMILY
If the quality of old prints is good and the scan DPI (dots per inch) high then the results can be much better than expected. Christmas presents for all the family!

35MM SLIDES FROM BACK OF DRAWER
Here is one of 70+ slides I have just scanned for a customer here in Newbury. Found at the back of a drawer they were from the late 60s and early 70s and of amazing quality (down to the camera really).

ONE OFF SCAN AND FRAME
A selection of 1960s B&W prints were scanned and several copies printed. The copies were framed and distributed throughout the family.
Nov 2017, B&W print
This was a family's slide collection and many images showed the challenges of amateur photography - getting the pictures in focus! But this did not matter as a montage poster was created and because the images were relatively small this meant the focus was quite acceptable.

WEDDING PHOTO ALBUM
All prints from our own photo album were scanned and shown on the TV, just like I remember my own dad's projector slide shows from the 70s.
